Pointe d'Esny is situated on the South East coast of Mauritius. Boasting the island’s whitest stretch of beach and located a mere 15-minute drive from the airport, Pointe d'Esny offers a secluded, peaceful location in one of Mauritius' untouched areas. Offering a tropical paradise setting, fit for any postcard, this part of Mauritius boasts the largest lagoon on the island. Not far away is the charming historical village of Mahebourg, however, the real charm of Pointe d'Esny is that it is located away from the crowds and commercial resorts found elsewhere in Mauritius.

The large flat water lagoon, with its light to moderate winds provides a haven for foilers and those who want to learn how to kite foil. The kite spot at Pointe d'Esny has yet to be discovered by the masses and as a result offers a tranquil, quiet playground where you can really enjoy your time on the water. There is just a small school operated here by the Mauritian kitesurfer that developed the click-bar. Just off a sparkling white beach, a deep flat water lagoon stretches out for a long distance before the reef, providing a blue playground that is just perfect for foiling.
Description :
Kitesurfing Lessons with a personal instructor gives you the opportunity to have a 1-on-1 interaction with your instructor to help you learn at a pace that is driven by you. The Learn To Kitesurf course aims to get you riding, while also teaching you how to read the conditions and utilise your equipment safely and correctly. You will then move on to the board lessons. What does that mean? Well it is time to get up on the board now. You will practice using the kite to generate pull and you will learn how to get the kite to pull you without the board first. The idea is to get used to how the kite behaves when asked to pull you. Once confident doing this you will learn how to put the board on your feet and after that, how to get up on the board. Most people will manage to do a few metres on the board by the end of the course.
Description :
Private 1-1 kitesurf instruction is the best and fastest way to learn to kitesurf, improve, or master a specific trick or move. Lessons are normally in 1-2 hour session, but you can discuss this with your personal instructor. This includes learning on your own equipment and no equipment is provided by the centre.
Description :
Rent from a range of latest foiling equipment including kites and foil boards with short or long masts.
Description :
Foilboarding, kite foiling, hydrofoil kiteboarding, foil kiteboarding - you can call it many names, but it all leads to the same discipline: riding a kite with a hydrofoil board under your feet and it allows you to kite along above the surface of the water. Kitefoil is considered the next era in kitesurfing. Learn advanced maneuvers like jumps, tacks, and gybes, take an epic foil trip along the coast, or simply learn how to foil in case you have never tried it.
